Full details of the particular wellbeing activities available are included in the Adventure break section.

Wellbeing “ the state of feeling happy and healthy”

In a world where we work long hours and often live in stressful environments, it is no wonder that more and more of us are feeling unwell and tired. What we eat, our relationships and how we feel about ourselves all affect our sense of wellbeing.

By taking responsibility for our own health and happiness we can restore our sense of vitality and feel more in control of our lives.
