To Register Your Booking

To register for an adventure break with “Women Go Wild Outdoors™” please do the following:

1. Call or email to find out we have space available on the adventure break you would like to attend on 0845 094 8486 or email
2. Read our Booking Conditions (opens in new window)
3. Download the Booking Form (opens in new window)
4. Open the Booking Form and fill in the information on screen OR print it out and fill it in by hand.
5. Tick the box to let us know how you wish to pay for your adventure break. Please note we charge £1 per cheque administration fee for banking cheques. You need to add this to the Total Payable.
6. Print out your completed form and sign it. (This form cannot be emailed - we need your signature).
7. Post or fax the form to us together with your cheque if that is how you would like to pay.
8. When we receive your Booking Form we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail and a VAT Invoice stating the date by which we must receive your full payment. This form will hold your reservation for up to 7 days in accordance with our Payment Terms as detailed in our Booking Conditions.
9. After your payment has cleared into our bank we will send you full details of
   your Adventure break. We will normally contact you by e-mail and send your joining
   details in the form of an attachment, unless you expressly ask us to send you
   information by post.

Your Age

In general, our adventures are open to women and girls of 14 years and above. However, our acceptance of a booking is subject to the safety and insurance provisions specified by individual activity providers.

We also require that:

• Anyone under 16 must be accompanied on an Adventure break by a supervising adult.
• You must be over 18 years to sign our Booking Form and enter into a contract with us.
• If you are under 18 you must get a parent or guardian to sign the Booking Form for you
