To Register Your Booking

• Contact us to find out if we have space available on 0845 094 8486 or email
• Read our Booking Conditions (opens in new window)
• Download the Booking Form (opens in new window)
• Print it out and fill it in - making sure you've signed it.
• Return the form to us indicating how you intend to pay. If paying by cheque, please enclose with your form.
• We'll send you an acknowledgement e-mail stating the date by which we must receive your full payment. This form will hold your reservation for up to 7 days in accordance with our Payment Terms.
• As soon as your payment has cleared, we will send your Joining Instructions.

Your Age

In general, our adventures are open to women and girls of 14 years and above. However, our acceptance of a booking is subject to the safety and insurance provisions specified by individual activity providers.

We also require that:

• Anyone under 16 must be accompanied on an Adventure break by a supervising adult.
• You must be over 18 years to sign our Booking Form and enter into a contract with us.
• If you are under 18 you must get a parent or guardian to sign the Booking Form for you
